Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in classes, memberships, private sessions, and events offered by KORE Mat Pilates Studio.

1. Studio Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Arrive on time and respect studio etiquette

  • Utilize equipment properly and safely

  • Follow instructor guidance at all times

  • Refrain from disruptive behavior

KORE reserves the right to remove any participant violating conduct standards without refund.

2. Health & Physical Activity Acknowledgment

Pilates and fitness activities involve physical exertion. By participating, you confirm:

  • You are physically able to participate

  • You have disclosed relevant injuries or conditions

  • You participate at your own risk

We encourage consulting a healthcare provider before starting new exercise programs.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Classes, memberships, and private events are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees

  • Private event bookings may require deposits and minimum notice periods for cancellation

  • Credits, packages, and memberships may have expiration dates

4. Membership Terms (If applicable)

Memberships may include:

  • Auto-billing or subscription renewals

  • Freeze or pause options with notice

  • Non-transferable benefits

Cancellation policies will follow membership-specific terms.

5. Liability Waiver

By enrolling in services, clients voluntarily waive KORE, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

6. Media & Photography

Clients may be photographed or recorded for marketing purposes. Written or verbal opt-out will be honored.

7. Private Events & Parties

Private studio rentals must adhere to:

  • Time, capacity, and equipment rules

  • No unauthorized decorations, alcohol, or catering unless approved in advance

  • Damage fees may apply for improper use of equipment or space

8. Personal Property

KORE is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the studio.

9. Amendments

KORE may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
