Membership Terms (Month-to-Month)

If/When Memberships Are Offered
When available, memberships are month-to-month and automatically renew each month unless cancelled. By purchasing a membership, you authorize KŌRE Mat Pilates Studio (“KŌRE”) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Consumer Right to Cancellation (New York)
When memberships are offered, you may cancel a health club contract without penalty within three (3) business days after receiving a copy of the agreement, by notice delivered by U.S. mail or electronic mail to the address/email provided in the agreement.

Cancellation of Month-to-Month Renewals
For month-to-month renewals, cancellation must be submitted in accordance with the instructions in your member account to stop future renewals. Please allow at least 48 hours before your next billing date for processing.

Studio Changes
We may update class schedules, instructors, pricing, and policies. Changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated through your booking account.
